Brian has been helpful from the beginning to the very end. He answers all the questions we have promptly, follows up on every request, and in general been there for us during the whole process. He has helped us save money on every turn. And one experience really stands out. On the closing day, even though he didn't have to, he volunteered to come with us to the title company. This turned out to be a deal saver for us. We had a flight out of Houston the same day for work that we couldn't miss. And because we had some issues in transferring funds, and we had to visit not one but two bank branches (which Brian led the way to make sure we arrive there quickest) to get the necessary cashier's check. By the time we got the check, we didn't have time to go back to the title company before heading to IAH, and Brian was there to deliver the check in person. And even after closing, he continues to provide excellent service to our follow up queries. We are extremely happy and grateful with Brian, and will highly recommend him to anyone as a buyer's agent.
